Finally a S&W comes across my bench, seems like all I been cutting lately are Colt SAA. Not a big job but nice to do!! The Celtic Cross in the picture was not finished, but you can get the idea on what its supposed to be ;)

Very tastefully done!!! Beautimus!!

Very well done. You're located in Mass? If so I may have a piece or two to have some engraving done on. . . .

That looks great! I take it that you are still working on it? Please update with more pics once you finish the Celtic cross.

Wow! Is that considered a 50% or 75% coverage? I'm saving up for one.

Thanks guys, unfortunately I forgot to take pics of the finished product, these pics here I took at the customers request so he could see how the job was progressing. This is considered 75% coverage, tough to lay out do to the type of BBl.

Wayne:

That is beautiful work. I find two things about the PC 627 that are abominable. One is that non-traditional slab-sided barrel, and the other is the ridiculous caliber designation, "357 Mag - 8 times."

As to the slab sided barrel, your engraving is beautiful, and makes that slab-sided barrel much more tolerable. :)

That factory caliber marking, on the other hand is just silly. Too bad the owner did not come up with a way for you to modify it or eliminate it. :)

Great work!

Shawn
