Has anyone recd their PPK back from S&W yet from the recall?

Apparently, the PPK series is being repaired at the S&W facility in Maine on first in/first out, and they don't expect to start returning until at least the middle of May.

I returned mine on 3/27/09 Have not heard anything since.Hearsay has it at 8 to 12 weeks turnaround.Boy do I miss my PPK!.

The last thing I heard was when our PPK's are repaired, S&W will ship them, probably by ground, with no notification or tracking info. They'll show up unannounced.

OH thats what I needed to hear, I hope the UPS guy doesnt mind working late. waiting on me to get home from work.It would be nice to get get a tracking number in email so Ide know when to be home
