One of the Bond movies a woman pulled a revolver a guy on a boat , he said she had the safety on

The movie was "Live and Let Die."

I heard Bond say it was a "S&W.45" but I was mostly looking at Honor Blackman. What a beauty!

Ian Fleming could spin a good yarn but didn't know diddly about firearms... or bother to check. Usually that's enough to make me change channels, but I give the Bond books and movies a pass because I like them so much. I have all the novels and reread them once in a while. Better than most of the movies!
