Two years ago, I bought a USPSA Competition Kit from Safariland to use with various holsters used in USPSA competition. Last month, I overtightened the screws holding the metal slats in place that serve as a belt attachment. and broke the metal around the screw holes.
I contacted Safariland Customer Service to inquire about purchasing replacements. I was informed that they were sending the replacement parts to me free of charge.
To me, this is outstanding service and should be recognized.
