Why apologize? Why can't they just admit that they married a nasty, frigid shrew and need to get their TLC with someone who doesn't have freon in their viens? I don't care where my governor gets his as long as no felonies were involved, but I would not respect him for pretending to apologize for doing what had to be done.

IIRC it involved a late night skinny dip (possibly even in the reflecting pond?) and a D&D. It's been a while though. And after the first dozen or two, you loose track of who did what to who, and what year?

Why indeed! It's just another media stunt that these morons think is going to get them sympathy, or maybe buy them time so the stupid public will forget. Pitiful truth is, in most cases, they're probably right.

Very few people with a brain that contains any sort of sense of morality and self-respect have much use for thoroughgoing hypocrites like him. He condemned HillBilly Clinton for his indiscretions while president (rightly so), but now he is being sliced with the same knife - his own. Poor baby!

I don't care what his wife is like. It's none of our business. If she is a witch, let him divorce her and move on - it happens all the time. But don't give us the old "I am not a crook" routine. The man has four young boys to consider. What a lousy example! On Father's Day, he is down in a third-world country porking some floozy and lying about it. Nice going, Dad!
