I take over the accounts of these scumbags so I can see who he contacted, which is how I know to warn YOU.
C'mon, people- some of you replied to him! LOOK at the people who answer your WTB ads!

Note the poor wording in the message he sends:

We had this guy banned within 60 minutes of him joining!
In that time, he answered FIFTEEN WTB ads.

If you help us out by reporting these suspicious PMs and emails, we get them banned in a matter of MINUTES or HOURS.
