Scope help pls

Hey guys I'm new to my 15-22 and guns in general. I have a red dot already and wanting a scope now. I use it for a little small game hunting but mostly plinking and range shooting. I was looking at this BSA Tactical Weapon 4 x 30mm Rifle Scope with Mil-Dot Reticle, Rings and AR/SKS Mount:Amazon:Sports & Outdoors@@AMEPARAM@@http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/31luEBulx1L.@@AMEPARAM@@31luEBulx1L and wondered what you guys thought of it. Also, will I need a riser and what size if so? I wanna stay in this price range and don't need anything too fancy. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance!

I would look at primary arms scopes/red dots. They get really good reviews for the money. I have my primary arms red dot coming today. It should be on my porch when I get home.

For a scope/dot, I'd get the Vortex Srtikefire. It has an excellent reputation.
