Scope mount torque?

I bought a one piece scope mount off e-bay for my 15-22. It didn't have any instructions. Anybody know what I should torque the rails screw to? I'm thinking about 20-25 in/lbs. That sound right?

25 on the rails and 15-20 on scope screws would be my recommendation

Is the receiver aluminum?

Recommendation is usually 15 in/lbs for aluminum.

Medium strength Loc Tite, and then nice and snug, but not tight.

The receiver is plastic. Its a 15-22.
That's why I was asking. Never done one of these before.
But what y'all said sounds about right.
