Hello all I am looking for a scope for my 15-22. I would like to keep it under 100. This is mainly just for plinking. Just wondering what everyone is running and how they like it. Pictures welcome! Also what scope rings and height should I get?

I just ordered the bsa sweet 22 with mid rise/medium rings last night. Rave reviews by everyone here and on amazon. I have a riser so you would probably need high rings.

You could also go to WalMart. All of a sudden they have a nice selection of name brand scopes in and above your price range. It would give you a hands on look insted of guessing off the internet. If you did find a better price on the net, you'd already know what it was too.

CenterPoint Rimfire 3-9x32 Mil-Dot Reticle Rifle Scope - $59.99

I've had this on since October. Couldn't be happier. Currently have it zero'd at 25yds because we are shooting indoors. Before the cold set in, had it set up at 200 yds with surprising accuracy. Mil-Dots are set up for rim fire. The W/E adjustments do not require a screwdriver, which is nice. The illuminated crosshairs is a plus when shooting early morning or late evening ( and indoors )

I've read some reviews where folks bought it not aware it's meant for rimfire and they've installed it on a 'non rimfire' firearm and have had zero issues. If I had to pick out another optic for a high power rifle, this would be my choice.

CenterPoint 4x16x40AO, with rings and caps.....$69.00 at WalMart, imported and backed by Crossman, tested to 416 Rigby. Excellent optics on par with my Nikons......best regards Plum
