Score 3913 & 940

I was able to aquire two S&W 9mms this weekend
A Nice 3913 & a 940 revolver..
I've been after a 3913NL or LS for a while now
Finaly I was able to score
Came with four factory mags plus a Milt Sparks IWB rig & a Bianchi Black Widow..

I'll keep that in mind..
I can't do IWB Carry since I tore my right rotator cuff, can't reach that high, even the belt holster is too high for me..
Need a cross draw or shoulder rig for the 3913
BTW The Milt Sparks holster is the Cats Pajamas
Holster is broken in a fits great.
Any of you fellows have a perfect 3913/3914 grip in your stash, Mine has some rub marks on it from carry etc. I would maybe be interested in a Hogue wood or factory black grip..
I tore the 3913 down this afternoon cleaned all the lint & sludge out of it & lubed & reassembled, made a big difference alot smoother expecialy the safety & trigger pull in DA & SA..
Here's a pic i took of the frame stripped, I also removed the safety lever & firing pin but haven't removed the extractor Yet..
Also discovered that this little pistol has Night Sights, There starting to dim & only have MH3 marked on them..Factory?

Good score! 2 of my favorites. My 940 is mt most used BUg. Carried when I use my BHP for work. My 3914 I use for off duty/general carry-when I can get it away from my wife. She just discovered (after 28 years of cop work) that a semi auto has some advantages over a wheelgun.

Congrats on you new additions. I think, not compeltely certain, your night sights are Meprolights that were added aftermarket. The 3913 is an awesome carry gun! Enjoy.

There's no markings on the sights but MH3
I figured they were factory??
I had a 3913LS once & realy missed it, Traded it for an HK P7M8 plus a few bills..
Have been looking for one with the hard chromed parts & just came across it at a gunshow this last weekend..
It came with four magazines, Three are 3913 mags one with finger extention.
The other magazine is a mystery it has a steel blued floorplate & fits flush up to the frame & it's a 7 round magazine were the factory 3913 mags are 8 Rounds, I believe it's for a 439/639?
As a bonus I got the Milt Sparks Leather too..
I found a New Factory grip here in the classifieds as mine has some carry scratch marks on it..
It'll be a while before I get around to shooting either of my new S&W 9mms
I have four S&W 9mms, Only the 3913 is an Auto
I also have a Model 547 & the two Model 940s

Hey! That 7rd magazine is a hard piece to find. Those were made for awhile early on in the production of the 3913/14 as a magazine meant to offer a bit more concealment. If you ever want to get rid of it let me know!

I think I'll keep the 7 round concealment mag..
It does as you say have more concealment but lacks the pinky grab that even the standard flat mag bottom offers..
I'll probobly pick up another magazine with the finger extention for range use this weekend..
