Seeing Green Rabate

Has anyone here gotten the Viridian RFX15 Red Dot they are giving away with the Seeing Green rebate? I put in for the rebate but I was wondering what peoples opinions are on the dot that have it.

I have been considering my first dot for a pistol and I figure this is a decent way to decide if I like the idea or not without breaking the bank.

If I like it I think I saw at least one that can mount to an M&P without the adapters (Holosun SCS) that I might consider or I might just dive deep and go for an RMR... Not sure yet. I am sure that if I like the idea I will want one I can rely on.

I bought a 30 SC Shield+ off a dealer web site a couple weeks ago. It came with a Veridian RFX15 which I installed last week and took it off this morning. I'm just not used to sighting a possible carry gun with a device like that. I'll keep it and maybe try it again in the future.

Received mine today. I submitted the rebate early Jan. I installed it, off to the range next week. 4 or 5 bags of screws come with the sight after
Internet search discovered it's the 6×32 screws, there's nothing in box to inform you which ones you use.

Like Vortex, I thought the amount of mounting screws was pretty impressive.
But they (Veridian) won’t tell you what screws to use because they’re sold to be used on multiple guns.

If I look back, I’m pretty sure I received mine within a few weeks. I also purchased my pistol very close to the start of the promo…. There is either a website and/or a phone number to call.

I've got the email that's why I know yesterday was day 60 from approval, the time they say to allow for approval and fulfilment. I'm not going to chase it down, they'll send it or they won't. Rebates are meant to be an incentive not a hassle.

2 months since approved, still waiting... Went ahead and bought a Vortex and will just sell this if it ever actually arrives.

My rebate was approved on 3/20 and I didn't get the optic until last week. While waiting I stumbled across the FDE Vortex Defender ST at Optics Planet and bought that. Went to install on the 5" 2.0 I had bought...and the adapter kit that came with the gun was missing the correct plate. So, now waiting on that from S&W.

Apparently all I needed to do was make a post about it, got the tracking number yesterday afternoon. After looking into it a little last night I'll probably keep it since it has a picatinny mount and put it on my Mark IV.

Still waiting on my, approved on 4/8/25. I guess need to wait about 20 more days from what am seeing on here.
