Bought 400 rounds of Browning for $22.00 at Academy Sports a few weeks ago.
Today 2 bricks of Norma std vel for 40 bucks each, marked down from $60 and plenty of it.

I was in our local Sportsman's last week and was surprised to see the entire 22LR shelf was stocked.
Still hit and miss around here with only a small shelf having .22 on it but I know they are still keeping most of hidden and only putting out a small amount at a time.

Stopped in at Cabela's today to pick up some bullets.... (500)
and a UPLULA unit for the pistols, finally. :D

A guy had a arm full of 22 ammo plus a "Brick", walking around the isles.
I have no idea why he did not go get a basket?

I also picked up a new Pfleuger XP35 spin reel for $47, usually $70 and a
$31 Whoopin 9ft trolling rod for $19.94.

Play time is here !

What a shame what was $10 is now $35.

I still have not seen any 22LR ammo anywhere other than Cabela's in the past 8 years.

My local Walmart has the 325 and 525 count packs every time I have been in there for the past two months (I go once a week). Like $28 for 525

I picked up 3 bulk packs (525 count) of Remington Golden Bullet for, I think, $28.95 each at my local Walmart. This was a couple weeks ago, and they are still limiting quantities. I went just yesterday, and they had the 1000-round boxes of Winchester M.22 for $50. That seems like a good price, considering. I'm just not a fan of this ammo as it doesn't seem to be particularly accurate in any of my guns, so I passed. I guess I feel that .22LR must be getting more obtainable because a year ago I would have snatched that up in a heartbeat regardless.

Picked up a few 300 packs of CCI in Walmart today for $19.97 each. Would have grabbed another but I have a heafty order headed my way from Academy this week. I even ordered some .380 in anticipation of a new Bodyguard.

Just ordered 3250 rounds of Federal Auto Match( 325 round boxes) on Gun Broker for a total of 188.00 delivered. I think that's pretty good :)

I have noticed a LOT more .22 in the last six weeks and the price is only slightly outrageous compared to five years ago. I even picked up a full brick of Blazer for $29. I had seen people getting $60 for it four months ago. I also got a few boxes of Federal (which all my pistols like just fine) for $20 for #325.

Anyone see 22 shot shells in the 50rd boxes - the CCI in the 20rd pack are seen every so often but can't find the bigger boxes in any thing but Federal online.
