First thing when I buy a carry revolver: After outstanding results from TK Custom's work last September on a 586 L-Comp and PC 627 UDR, I shipped a third revolver to them today (another PC 627 UDR).
The smoothness and evenness of the DA cycle after their work really raises the utility (and joy) of shooting a revolver DA, and perhaps makes a Performance Center weapon what it was born to be. You really experience a 10 lbs. trigger as something less heavy as the polished parts give the cycle the perception of being lighter.
Below are the guns they previously worked on, and the chamfer of the chambers of the 627. I was qualified with my agency last year with the L-Comp as a back up (pictured is my basic carry rig - a Galco High Ride Silhouette, I have a moon clip inside the Galco speed loader pouch) and TK Custom also installed night sites on that weapon for me.
Anyway, just wanted to remind all us revolver owners that there are still some master revolver smiths out there who can help when needed.
NOTICE: I have no professional or personal relationship to TK Custom other than a regular retail customer.
