I've got a 686-4 3" that I'd like to have some work done on. I'm a little leary of the occasional botched smithing job that comes out of S&W, and I'm wondering if there is any way to mitigate that possibility.
Is it possible to contact the Performance Center directly to line up a service order, or does one have to go through the general customer service rep?
