I have been trying to find out what Seventrees called their
OWB holster with the pull through snap. It was similar to
Chic Gaylord's Thunderbolt and currently to Ken Null's VAM.
I thought it was a Scorpion, but found out the Scorpion is an IWB
holster. Any help with what Seventrees called it would be very
appreciated. Here is a picture of front and back, sorry the quality
is not the greatest.

I am pretty sure it was called the Seventrees Scorpion. My father and some guys on his squad used them. I recall going with them to 39th St when I was little so they could buy holsters and gunbelts.

I met Chic Gaylord there one time and he gave me a copy of his book. Nice man, though I had no idea who he was, at the time.

Mr Ken Null makes a similar holster, from the Seventrees patents called a Vampire. Hope this helps! Regards 18DAI

Thank you DAI for that. I also received confirmation from Red Nichols
that the short barrel models were called the Scorpion and the long barrels
were called the Federal Scorpion. The IWB was not the Scorpion. Red tells
me that the name IWB was invented by Seventrees, so they called their
IWB the Seventrees IWB.

Interesting! :) Brings back fond memories, for me. Of when I was young.

Now old, they say the memory is the first thing to go. I can't remember what else goes too. ;) Regards 18DAI

I was checking out at Walmart a while back, the old gentleman doing the
checking asked me if I found everything I wanted. I said no, as a matter
of fact I was looking for that product they claim to improve memory. He
said Oh yes, we have that right back in the vitamin area. I asked what is
it called. He said I can't remember.
