Shield 9 40 interchangability

Ok, I recently purchased a Shield 40 with the Apex shield carry kit. I want to put those parts into my Shield 9. Can I just swap the entire assembly into the 9 and vice versa or do I need to just swap sears, springs ect...

Just wanting to make sure all the frame parts are interchangable between the 9 and 40.

Check the Apex part number to see if it is the same. Don

Frames are the same. Why not just swap slides?
