Hey guys, just wanted to throw my thoughts on the Traction Grips for the Shield out here. They cost less than the Talon Grips, but don't cover the whole frame. I had to cut a piece for the magazine extension and put it straight down the middle of the backstrap. I also managed to get it put on the 7rd. baseplate also with a little trimming. They also include a little piece that goes under the beavertail. All in all it went pretty well with the install, just gotta wait and see if they hold up and don't start peeling. Fairly easy as long as you take your time. Here's some pics.

Hey t1.8,
Thanks for the info.
What's the backstory on the sights and whitye lettering?
Nice looking Shield!

Yes, compared to the Talon Grips, it does look like a bit less material from what i've seen on other M&Ps. But, it does help. The lettering on my slide was done with khaki paint from a camo paint system, and the sights are TFOs.

Just bought a pair for my brand new shield too. Thanks for the pics, it helped with my install. Overall very easy to do.
