Shiitake pizza- recipe

The wife and I just tried something that turned out to be great.
We grow ****ake mushrooms and I haven't checked them in a while. During that time several grew in size of 4" to 6" which is larger than I like. Didn't want to waste them so I decided to fry them in butter until golden brown then put some homemade tomato sauce from the garden on next. On that went slices of prosciutto and fresh mozzarella. Put that under the broiler till the cheese was melted and they were delicious little personal pizzas.
If you don't eat bread or flour, this is a great way to get your pizza fix.
I see the censor did not like the name if those mushrooms, funny
Should be able to figure out what they're called now!

So what kind of mushrooms are they? I've heard of heart-ache, back-ache, & head-ache, but these are a new one on me.

Shiitake, I mistakenly used one i
and the censors did not like that. It's spelled right in the title.
I imagine any large mushroom will work, especially a nice big portabella!
