Short magnums

Wonder if Smith & Wesson is concidering producing the M&P ar-15 rifles is the short magnums like the 243 wssm ?

I doubt it - other than a few custom builders, Olympic is the only company producing uppers for these calibers.

Demand isn't high for the AR's in WSSM - I'd think they would go with the 6.8 or 30 Rem. AR if they wanted a heavier round.
