Shoulder holster for a three inch n frame

Hey guys longtime lurker here figured yall can help a fella out. I have two three inch n frames that I'd like a shoulder holster four but I can't quite find a maker that does three inch ones mainly 4 inch and up. Can you either tell me a good maker of one or at least tell me it would work out to just buy a 4 inch one and cut it down?

Lobo does great work I actually have some of his holsters but he doesn't make shoulder holsters for revolvers.

Clark fork has an inexpensive option : Horizontal Shoulder Holster - Clark Fork Leather

He lists a mold for a 629 6.5" Classic which would have the full underlug. With an open toe holster he could mold a 3" specific holster with that dummy.
