Shoulder holster help

Hello everyone I am needing some help. I have to three inch .44 mags on 629 trail boss with a half lug and a lew Horton model 29 with the full under lug. I am wanting to buy a. Shoulder holster for them but no maker I can find makes the 3 inch barrel. Would it be fine just to order a 4 inch one and cut down?

Kramer has made a custom 3" holster for me. Might ask him or our resident holster maker on this forum..

Kramer does awesome work I hear but he's a bit too rich for my blood. I'll check out the leather forum thanks.

Alessi will make a Guardian (horizontal) shoulder holster for a 3" Smith. I plan to get one for myself, possibly two (L and N frame, 3"). Delivery time is 10-12 weeks.

I already have this holster for a SIG P239 and P220. They're made well and very comfortable. Can be concealed under a light jacket. Good for driving or hiking.

I saw alessi offerings but they want you to buy the rig and holster separately. Has anyone heard of Vega holsters? Any comments on them?
