Sig 365 shoulder holster?

I have a Desantis..... It's fine as a shoulder holster. Bought it for the same reason as you described, plus long drives. I think maybe the idea of a shoulder holster is better than the reality of a shoulder holster. I don't regret buying it, but I have never used it. Maybe I will riding side by sides in the desert next summer.

My recommendation is don't unless you are OK with constantly wearing a cover garment and you are always sitting down where a belt holster might not be ideal.
I got rid of all of mine years ago (one was a DeSantis, one a Bianchi and the other I can't remember). They pull and create pressure on your neck, always pull and wrinkle a shirt and are generally uncomfortable. At least the P365 is relatively light weight.
Out of the 3 I had, the DeSantis was the best of all - and since they are relatively affordable if you don't like it you can sell it. If you have the itch and must scratch it - try the DeSantis.

My range pal does a lot of driving for his job so he bought an Alien Gear shoulder rig for his P365. He never made a negative comment about it so it might work for you too...
