I have had a Sig P365 since they were relatively new and really like the platform. Not always my go to carry handgun but I am trying to move in that direction.
I noted recently when I did my LEOSA recertification that my vision is making it harder to focus on the front sights yet I am told I have 20/20 vision. Just the ageing process catching up to me and I don't always want to wear glasses to correct it.
I decided I was going to venture out into the world of red dot optics and carry pistols and jumped in with both feet just now picking up a P365XL with the Romeo Zero red dot sight. Found a good deal on it and now the waiting begins for it to arrive.
With that said I am looking for any valuable tips for adapting to the red dot usage. I know you can teach an old dog new tricks so anything that has worked for you I would appreciate hearing about.
I have viewed a few things on YOUTUBE but they can be all over the place. If you know of any Red Dot trainers that have training information out there please share.
Thanks in advance for any help.
