I would appreciate suggestions for
a sight adjustment tool for a .45 Shield. I saw some suggestions in older threads, but the tools are no longer available. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't own a Shield but to the best of my knowledge it has dovetailed sights and they are adjustable for windage only by drifting them. Any competent Gun Smith should have a tool to do this. You can buy one and do it yourself, but to only do this one pistol hardly justifies the tool's expense. If you have other firearms with driftable sights or are planning on collecting more in the near future, then buying one might make sense. Depending on the brand and model they usually start at well under a hundred dollars.

I replaced the front sight on my Shield .45 with a fiber optic. i can't recall the brand without digging out the old sight and packaging, but it was the same one used by the Performance Center. I bought it at a nearby shooting range, for only a little more than Amazon charged, because the purchase price included installation by the range gunsmith. I assumed he would use a sight pusher, but he used a punch. He installed it, I shot a mag to test it, he adjusted it, and we repeated that three times until I was satisfied.

Just throwing that out there in case it's an option.

Old topic - Saw on their website, pusher not compatible with MP Shield. Sent email asking if it’ll work on Bodyguard 2.0.
