Aside from old school punches, I have been using the MGW sight pushers from their single-pistol specific inception. The Pro model is the best, lots of "shoes" to fit specific slide rails . I had to modify my PRo with milled reference lines to allow for accurate sight movements; the polymer disc did not have clearance for long front sights e.g. TFX, so that required adjustment; and no information as to the tpi of the threaded rod that moves the pushers.
There are still some factory sights that are very tight that the MGW PRo will not move without risk to deforming the tool or ruining your sights; resort to old school punches in those situations. Despite mentioned shortcomings, MGW remains the benchmark for quality and versatility.
