Hey everyone. Bought a new model 69 with the 2.75 inch barrel. Been real happy with it so far. No issues at all. Was working on some reloads and was adjusting the sights and got to wondering if anyone has changed the sights on this baby yet. I have the Dawson Precision fiber optic front sight on my 629. A lot easier to see for me. Anybody have any suggestions or info on some better sights for the 69? I was looking at a LPA rear sight but wanted to get some feedback first. Really just looking for better visibility with a good adjustable sight picture.

Thanks in advance!

Put an SDM front sight on it, had mother perform the Master Revolver Action Package and I love it. Tried a red dot too. Either way, great revolver and my woods and river carry piece in a Mernickle holster.

About double what you would pay for a factory sight from Midway. Still not too bad though really if there's a lot of work going into them. Nice to see they have sights available for older revolvers. When I was looking for a new sight for my M27 all I could find was the new style.

The Bowen sight is a solid, very stable sight system. If Ham Bowen built it I will buy it. Definitely a valuable upgrade. I have one on a Ruger Bisley and the adjustments and zero are very precise.

Start point shooting. That's what snubnose revolvers are made for.
