Simply Rugged holsters are made of a pretty tough leather and take a couple of weeks to break in and conform.
One of my early ones still seems a bit stiff.
Give it some more time, too.

336A, You might like a belt slide like I use instead of dump pouches. Mine is by El Paso Saddlery and strikes me as less likely to print than dump pouches. I'm not concerned about a rapid reload because I believe the fastest reload is a second gun and I always carry a BUG.
