I'm not a huge fan of single action revolvers. Still, they are guns so, I like them. As a fan of old westerns, they are of course, a childhood fantasy.
I bought a Ruger Blackhawk in .357Mag a few years ago from a guy who needed rent money. I haven't shot it much, but it is an easy shooter.
The other day I was in a gun store and saw an Uberti Birdshead 1873 just like this...
...so I bought it.
The trigger is amazingly crisp and creep free. It's not as good as my target revolver, but close. I was really surprised to find a trigger this nice in a gun this cheap.
Anyway, it's a little gun that I intend on having some fun with at the range.
Anyone else like these?
