Initially I sent my sigma out for repairs and I just got it back with the same problem... which was when I would pull the slide back it would catch on the trigger mechanism slightly pulling the trigger back in the process, is this normal? they didn't fix it so maybe it is. they said they fixed the minor ejection issue... I'd appreciate your input on the slide/trigger situation.

Not sure what you think is a problem?

If you mean does the sear catch the striker and reset for the next shot, that's how it is designed.
Be sure the gun is empty, then dryfire it. Feel the trigger when you pull it again, no resistance, right?

Now reset it by pulling the slide back an inch or so and releasing, and now the trigger is set for the next shot. Pull the trigger and you can feel it retract and release the striker (firing the gun if it were loaded).

Take it to the range and have fun. :)

when I have it empty, cock it (slide pulls than releases trigger), dry fire it, repeat. I guess it is normal, one of these days I'll go to a gun shop and take a look at a new one and compare the feel. The thing is I have owned the gun for 5 years and I have never felt this issue until 6 months ago... thats why I'm concerned.
