I'm looking to sell a S&W 1989 625 hybrid project I started but never finished. It is chambered in 45 auto. It started out as a 5" 625 and I swapped the barrel for a 625-10 2.5" barrel from numerich. The ejector was replaced with the correct parts as well. I had the barrel and forcing cone cut, and everything is good to go except it needs some end gap bushings to finish off it off. The front sight also needs made or a slug to fit in the slot if you don't want to run sights. You can find the thread I started several years ago on here while I was building it. I just haven't finished it and I'm going to sell it. This is not a 625-10 scandium framed revolver. It is all stainless.
This is a project, and is being sold as is. I have test fired it and it is in working order but be prepared to finish the project I started. You will also get all the parts from the 1988 5" if you'd like to swap it back but the orange piece of the front sight has fallen out.
I'm asking $900 or reasonable offer shipped to your FFL. I'll cover the shipping costs. Or you can transfer it locally as well. I'm located near Reading PA. It will be shipped or transfered through JMB Guns also in Reading PA. Reasonable offers considered. Payment via cash, check, money order, or zelle or discreet PayPal. I have my own small business and work from home, so I can ship it ASAP when I can get an appointment with my FFL.
