Smith and Wesson MIRROR!!

Scored this Smith and Wesson mirror yesterday. It will make a great addition to the gun room. Has anyone ever seen one of these before? Not really an accessories guy but I think this looks pretty cool. I like that it says "Manufacturers of Patent Revolvers." I looked on the back and cannot find any date on it. Curious hold old it is. Found it at a thrift shop.

I have the exact same mirror, although my frame is a little different. I picked it up at a Southwest Bunch dinner in Tulsa a couple of years ago, during the SWHF fundraiser auction that is always held. I don't know any backstory about it, or even remember who donated it for auction.

It was never made for Smith & Wesson. They are a nice edition to a gun room. They seemed to appear in the 1980's. There was a Winchester one as well They come in two sizes. Prices are all over the place.

I have one that depicts a scout escorting a wagon train. From my memory, I received it as a Christmas gift from around mid 1980s.
