Welcome! Very likely made in 1963.

According to my copy of Standard Catalogue of Smith & Wesson Fourth Edition the Model 19-2 was made from 1961-1966. Yours could have shipped anywhere in that time period and be made any time in that time period because S&W did not make or ship revolvers in serial number order. A letter would say for sure.

I saw the "K544" and thought it might be one of the 2.5" or 3" but 095 is too low.

There has been a 19-2 snubby for sale at a local gunshow the last two times I went. I can check out the serial number if you would like. Been tempted but its high priced but like new.
