The movie is that Eraser movie with Arnold, he is talking to the female star telling her if the bad guys come for her (while pulling a 49 bodyguard I think, it has a funky boot grip of some kind on it) use this (whipped the cylinder closed and grinned.
Man I want to slap someone for doing that to a honey like that. Oh well I saw a factory rep back in the early 90s do it while showing us a 629 (I think) at my old shooting hangout. I almost lost my lunch as I was munching on an egg salad sandwich at the time. I wanted to smack him but the owner of the joint said DON'T do that you bleeping bleep, before I could move. Must have been a newbee.
