The watch pictures can not be all that old as it is a quartz movement. It is just a branded item that was approved by S&W sometime in the 80s or 90s. They do the same thing today putting their name on inexpensive watches. According to Swiss law the watch must get at least 50% of it's value from Switzerland to bear the Swiss Made mark. I do not believe it is a fake as there is no profit in making fake low end watches. It probably cost $30 new a might be worth about $20 today to the right S&W collector. When you have the battery changed look on the inside of the case back to see where the case was made. If you like it and it keeps timewear it in good health.
