to make a long story short....i lost the sling swivel on the butt end of my 15-22 pistol,called smith to buy one,i explain and she put's me on hold for a few............so she comes back and says they don't sell them but she found me one and is gonna send it out for free.........one of many reasons i own smiths.....great all american company!!!

I've called S&W a number of times, looking for various small bits and pieces, and each time I've offered to pay...and each time I have been told they were sending them no charge.

I love dealing with S&W, Ruger, and Springfield. I wish ALL gun companies had their CS!
