Sold 629, 647 no longer offered Model 629-6 6" 44 magnum Model 647 no dash 17 HMR
I have a really nice 6" Smith model 629 in 44 magnum. Look at the pics and see for yourself, it's in near excellent condition. I'm the second owner so I don't know the life history but this has one of the nicest trigger pulls of the many revolvers that I've owned or shot. My suspicion is someone did trigger work on it. Seems safe as I've had no issues with inadvertent hammer falls etc. Previous owner swapped out grips to Jerry Miculek wood replacements. I do not have the box, papers or original grips.
I'll ship for $875, was $900, to your dealer, payable with USPS postal money order only.

Here's a S&W model 647 in 17HMR that's in excellent used condition. These were only made for two years and were never produced in large quantities. This has the standard 8-3/8" full-lug barrel with the factory rubber grips and ncludes the correct factory numbered case with the paperwork, spent shell case and the coveted trigger lock! Everything included is shown in the attached pictures. I bought this used several years ago but have never taken the opportunity to shoot it. The lock-up and action function as they should.
