SOLD - An extremely nice pinned and recessed 4" S&W model 27-2 .357 with .500" target hammer and trigger. Cylinder timing and lockup are excellent, as is the bore. The recoil shield and top strap indicate a low round count. The revolver has a professional action/trigger job by the late Frank Smith, who was one of the first S&W authorized warranty repair shops in the country. The action is very smooth with wonderful double and single action trigger pulls. It retains 98-99% of its original bright factory nickel finish. A previous owner replaced the red front sight insert with a black insert for a sight picture he preferred and removed the grooves from the target trigger for a double action pull he liked. Serial number range is N 695XXX. Comes with its factory presentation case with paperwork and tools. The case will need to be reflocked. A beautiful nickel 27-2 in a hard to find barrel length.
