Available today is my 5" Smith and Wesson 627 Performance Center revolver (8 rounds of .357). I bought this new in August of last year and put a whole bunch of work into it... and then promptly stopped shooting it (I've been focused on Single Stack in USPSA and Limited 6 in ICORE). Round count is below 2k - my best guess has it closer to 1700. Physical condition is good but definitely showing some use (it's a competition gun, so lots of holster time).
As mentioned, the gun has a lot of work done and has an approximately 6lb, 10oz trigger pull (100% ignition with Federal Primers) - it's very smooth with a bit of stacking just before it breaks. It's currently running:
- Apex Evolution IV hammer
- Apex Competition firing pin
- Wolff Type II mainspring
- Trimmed/BB'd Wolff 11lb return spring
- Interior surfaces lightly stoned/polished (just removed the proud spots)
- Lawyer lock removed (must have fallen out?)
The gun also features a completely custom sight system - I wanted to be able to run the gun in both ICORE Limited and Open without adjusting the irons every time. The solution was to install a Warne Maxima sight rail, a Weigand rear sight, and have Protocall Design build a custom front fiber optic sight. This gives you the longest possible sight radius out of the 5" barrel and lets you swap the optic on or off while maintaining zero. NOTE: My 80's-cool "Terminator" optic is not included unless you REAAAALLY want it, add $25, and send me a video of your best Arnie impression, lol.

It's currently wearing a set of Hogue Big Butts in Goncalo Alves and a Revolver Supply Co cylinder release. I will also include everything you need to need to use this gun in competition:

- CompTac holster that's been trimmed to work with the new sight system (I'm experienced with Kydex, so it looks close to factory)
- 50x Moonclips - 45 Revolver Supply Co. Moonclips (nickel, .025 - perfect for Federal brass), 5 Smith & Wesson
- Revolver Supply Co Ultimate Moonclip Tool (with the correct arbor and a spare handle)
- DIY de-mooner tool

Also included are the factory accessories/parts:
- Lawyer lock components
- Cylinder release
- Front sight
- Rubber grips
- Springs
- Firing pin
- Performance Center case
- Paperwork, gun lock, etc
- Spare ejector/ratchet: S&W shipped the gun with a very aggressively chamfered ejector. I found that reloads with a light taper crimp could occasionally hang up when reloading full moonclip (factory ammo and roll-crimp reloads were fine). To that end, we fitted a new ejector to the cylinder that fixed this, but it isn't quite as smooth as the factory ratchet yet. Both will be included, the factory one is installed right now.
Primer strike examples with the current set up and Federal 100's:

I have over $2k into the above - I'd be looking for $1450, including shipping to your FFL.
