This is a like-new OWB DeSantis Speed Scabbard for 3rd generation .40S&W and .45ACP single stack compacts. I used this holster 2 times with my 4013 before I started carrying strictly IWB. I no longer have the packaging and after being unable to find any information or the item number on DeSantis's website (002BA97Z0), I called them and they stated this holster is now discontinued/special order only. They also stated that this holster will work with the following models: 4013, 4014, 4053, 4054, 4513TSW, 4553TSW, 4516, 4516-1, 4516-2, 4536, and 457.
