Aftermarket S&W K/L Round Butt Grips. Bought New off eBay last year and they have not been out of the house since received. Shown on one of my M686s. Description when bought stated "KAI wood". Photos show finish and fit which to me is very nice. They truly make the M686 feel awesome in your hand.
