Purchased awhile back from Lakeside Trader, using their pics and description as nothing has changed. Comes with a very nice 18" zip up soft case. Will ship with tracking and will be packed well.

A M1937 2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger (Fliegerdolch) by Holler of Solingen. The bright blade on this one looks great! The acid etched "F. W. Holler Solingen" maker mark is dark, crisp and beautifully executed! Nice crossgrain remains. It has a perfect tip and perfect fit. There are 4 witness marks on the blade from where the runners stained the blade. Perhaps there was some moisture on the runners at some point. Regardless other than that the blade's stone mint. The pebbled leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based "airplane grey" plated scabbard looks good with 99% plating remaining. It depicts good details throughout, with the random pebbling, oak leaves and acorns. It remains completely dent free and retains the throat retaining screw. It has nicely aged and patinaed with time. The alloy based eagle crossguard, steel ferrule and aluminum pommel all look good! The eagle has good detail to its head, feathers, wings and top side oak leaves and acorns. The celluloid over plaster grip is chip and crack-free. Look at all the gilt remaining to the swas's! The aluminum springy wire wrap remains tightly intact. A nice example all around!
