The factory nickel finish makes this gun pretty much rust proof! And, the frame is aluminum. So, this is the perfect carry gun and you needn't worry about it rusting
Gun has exactly 174 rounds fired thru it on 1 trip. 145 rounds of FMJ and 29 rounds of various JHP. The gun functioned 100%. This little Sig is accurate and does double taps very well. Gun comes with factory case, TWO factory 12 round Sig 224 magazines - one of which is STILL in the factory packaging - it has NEVER been used!!!!
I am selling this Sig because I bought a Dan Wesson 1911 recently - and, the money from this sale will pay off the rest of the gun for me.

If you want higher capacity than the stock 12 round magazines, the Sig 224 CAN use mags for the 229 - so, you can use 15 round magazines in it that stick out a bit. Sig also makes a longer 15 round magazine with an extension plate for the 224. so, it can be converted that way to a fullsize grip!
