For sale: K-38 Masterpiece shipped in 1949. Narrow Rib variation fitted with the desirable Non-Relieved Target Stocks. Service trigger and standard hammer, Patridge front sight.
Overall excellent with just a trace of bluing loss at the tip of the barrel on both sides and a spot of discoloration on the sideplate above the logo. Screws are unbuggered, finish is original.
Please see photos. All numbers match of course except the stocks which have an S/N dating from circa 1951.
Smooth action with perfect timing, tight lockup and minimum endshake. Barrel/cylinder gap is .004" and the cylinder throats measure .358". No box or papers.
A Factory Letter (currently $100) from Mr. Jinks will be provided to the buyer. C&R eligible. $850.00 shipped to lower 48. I only hold a C&R FFL so I have to ship via FedEx overnight which can run $70 to $90 these days. Please feel free to ask any questions via a PM.
