For sale is a rare 1st year – 1st generation stainless Italian Beretta 92FS "Ghost." Based on the low serial number (L04471Z) this FS92 was most likely made in Italy in late 1990 when they were first introduced, and imported into the US in early 1991, making it one of the first stainless versions ever made by Beretta-Italy. What makes this FS92 even rarer is that it was fitted with OEM Trijicon sights, not the common 3-DT sights. Included are the two original stainless 15-round magazines, plastic hard case, outer cardboard box with matching serial number, cleaning brushes, lock, manual, warranty card and safety info card in plastic sleeve. This 92FS is in excellent condition with only one small rub mark on the right side of the frame just in front of the trigger release bar (see picture #3). Otherwise, the firearm is in like new condition. It would be near impossible to find a 1st year Italian 92FS Ghost, likewise one in excellent condition with all the original packaging.
Trigger Guard Markings:
"AZ" in large lettering stamped inside a rectangle. In addition to what I believe are a couple of inspection stamps and smaller letters "PSF" below the stamps
Sight Markings:
Nothing on the front sights. The rear sights have the word "Trijicon" followed by an R in a circle. Below that is a "H" followed by a subscript "3", then another R in a circle followed by the number "91"
