Smith and Wesson 686-6+ with 2.5" barrel. Finish in very good condition, has been holstered, so there are a few scratches. Nothing that couldn't be taken out with a little elbow grease. Grips are hogues that are almost identical to the original smith grips which were rubber also, these just fit the hand better. Comes in original blue plastic case with Kydex OWB holster.
