For sale is this unfired S&W 66-1 with the original box and papers.
This is a nice pinned and recessed model, and is of course, pre-lock.
There are no flaws that I can see on close inspection of the revolver and box.
Some things that look like flaws in the pics really are not, such as the little brass plaque looks corroded, but it is actually bubbles in the plastic protector film that was not removed. There are no rips or tears or worn through spots in the box's felt lining-the pics just make it look like that especially in the area where the hammer spur rubs.
Price is $750 plus actual shipping if you are not local. I drive all over Texas for work, so meeting halfway just about anywhere in the state is a possibility.
