SPF - Rare Smith & Wesson Performance Center 640 Carry Comp (1993 for Lew Horton Distributors)

Location: MetroWest Boston

Description : From Supica & Nahas - "Caliber - .38 Spl +P rated w/ 2" ported barrel, dovetail front sight with fixed rear sight, radiused hammer and trigger. 150 made with rosewood grips and 150 made with Badger inlaid Mother-of-Pearl inlaid finger grips. Shipped in blue plastic case with Performance Center logo. 23oz. Serial prefix RPC & PCT. Product Code 170042."

This 5-shot revolver (Serial No. PCT01**) was the wife's carry gun that was shot very little (once a year we'd go to the range, she'd draw from her purse and put five (5) rounds into a 6" bull @ 30 feet, reload and put it back in her purse - then we'd go home and I'd clean it for her before putting it back in the gunsafe). The only thing she changed was the thumb release (she liked the new style better, but I have the original old style one somewhere, too) and the Hogue rubber grips (don't know if I have the original rosewoods but will include a set of S&W J-frame wood Goncalo Alves banana grips - see pic below). Now she doesn't want to carry anymore but wants the cash!!!!

Accessories : Old-style stainless thumb release and S&W J-frame Goncalo Alves banana grips (as noted above). In addition, adding a beautiful set of signed Craig Spegel BTS Cocobolo boot grips ($175 value) - perfect for carry!

Selling Terms : Face to Face, transfer on EFA-10. Must have LTC (Class B ok). FFL-to-FFL if out of state.

Price : $750.00 shipped FFL-to-FFL ; CASH is King, but will accept PMOs or Bank/Cashier's Check

Contact Information: PM me or call/text if we've done business before.
