How do you deal w\ the obvious squeaking of the leather holster & leather belt when trying to conceal?

A little baby powder or talcum powder applied at the tension points where the holster attaches to the belt, this usually helps. Otherwise, a few days of use usually settles things down nicely.

Baby powder works great for sqeaks and even to help break in the holster.
