Each of these "models" (actually these specific guns) has appeared on these pages. The custom smooth finger groove combats on the 631 just arrived today (thank you e-Bay!) This completes my stainless Smith family I have sought (unless I decide to go after a Model 63). I had and sold a stainless L frame and can't get stirred up about an N frame; it seems that Js and the K just fit. Enjoy!

PS Does anyone recognize the label on my "new" grips? The seller didn't know who made them.

Judging from the shape of those grips I would guess they were made by Mustang, although most grips by them that I see are zebrawood. Over the years I have taken several guns in on trade that had Mustang grips on them. I never liked them but apparently a lot of people do like them as I had no trouble selling them.
