I lost one of the star ejector pins out of the cylinder of my 66-2 snubby. I called S&W customer service for a replacement and was told that they no longer have that part in stock. Brownells does not list them for K-Frames and Mdl 66. Its my CCW, and I really don't want to trust my life to a revolver with only one of its two ejector pins.

Does anyone have any ideas where I might find a replacement pin?? In the meantime I guess I will have to carry my Sp101.

I'll take heat for this, but, your revolver is completely functional without the pins. Their only purpose is to offer a little support when the cylinder is empty. When loaded the cartridges keep the ejector lined up. I have used S&W revolvers missing both pins and they work just fine. That being said, you can pick up some drill rod of the correct diameter and make your own.
